The Kirk Session records are genealogical gems. And they are freely available on ScotlandsPeople. However, they are not searchable so finding your ancestors in them can be a bit of a challenge. In this webinar, archivist Margaret Fox will help us to navigate the records and will help us to understand some of the words we may encounter but not understand. Words like sederunt, pro secundo, ut supra, etc. You must be a paid member of the Scottish SIG in order to attend this webinar.
